You must have provided payment information on your Second Life account in order to access Sweet Home Estates.
Many bots randomly teleport to Second Life regions. These bots usually don't have payment information, so we've restricted access to people who don't have payment information to avoid being bothered by these bots, which sometimes land in homes. They only last 1 or 2 seconds but that's annoying.
If you have a bot that needs access to our estates, please add payment information to their account.

Browse our available homes
Browse our available homes and skyboxes from the availability page & click on teleport to visit inworld and decide if it suits you.
* All our properties are classified by bedrooms number in the "ABOUT" menu & "Properties".
In this way, depending on availability, you can check from this page the number of bedrooms
that each home and skyboxe has.

Pay the rental unit
When you have found the home that suits you, just pay the home mailbox or the Interactive Home Control Panel (Four prices are offered, which correspond to one to four weeks rental).
Once the payment is validated you will receive an invitation to join the estate group.
You have to accept it if you want to rez beacause that will allow you the rez rights and parcel's control. If you missed the invitation, you can get another one by clicking on your Interactive Home Control Panel, Rental Setting and "grp invite".
3.
Move into your home
You can now move in and rez your own object.
Be sure to activate the .:: Sweet Home ::. [Residents] group tag every time you want to rez.
