Please consider these rules within the community in order to keep it in good condition and respect the privacy of the residents.

By renting or visiting the community, you accept these rules. Each added sub-tenant must also be aware of it.

Please note that our regulations are subject to change at anytime.

PRIVATE PROPERTY

I. Breedables, skyboxes & platforms are not allowed.

II. Children and Animesh are allowed (They count in your prims allowance.)  

III. In order to preserve the harmony of landscaping, mesh objects are preferred. Rezzing old sculpt or prim content is strongly discouraged especially for outdoors. Banners, large signs, large trees, etc. are not allowed.  Management reserves the right to return items (without notice). If you persist and re-place the objects again the management reserves the right to give up on your rental agreement and to evict you without any refund.

PRIMS ALLOWANCE

I. The rental price is defined according to the number of prims allocated so you must to respect your land impact allowed. Each house/skybox is rented with a prims allowance which corresponds to the total of the land impact that you are allowed to rez in your house/skybox or the public area of the community. No matter where you rez, it will be counted in your meter and you must not exceed the prims allowance you paid for with your home. For rentals in the community, a rental status sign is located at the entrance of your home, you are required to check it regularly.  If it shows a yellow image with over-limit writing please made the necessary quickly to reduce your land impact. In skyboxes, this message will appear on your rental meter

After a warning and without action on your part your items will be returned to your inventory.

If the problem is recurrent the management reserves the right to give up on your rental agreement and to evict you without any refund.

II. If you need to add prims in your meter you can submit a request by contacting MarineAssanti Resident. 

But only a few prims are available so if they are already allocated to other residents there is no guarantee that it will be accepted.

RENTAL

I. Please try to pay your rent on time. Once expired, unfurnished rental will be kept for 6 hours. After this time you will be evicted and all your items will be returned. If you don't want to renew your rent, please click on Rental Settings in your Interactive Home Control Panel & "won't renew".

II. No rental bookings are possible. If you are interested in a specific property in the community, please ask to be notified of availability by right clicking on the home mailbox, "touch" and "notify me".  

III. Avoid excessive use of scripts or excessively high complexities because it causes a lag. Anything that performs high scripts or causes lag issues will be immediately returned.

IV. All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Please visit the home and make sure it is right for you before renting. The homes are rented as they are, nothing can be modified, removed or added.
