As part of our "Ready to Rez" service we provide premade projects ready to be rez on your land.
TERMS OF SERVICE:
When purchasing a premade project you don't get it in your inventory because we are not the creators of the house/skybox or of all the objects that were used to decorate it. Therefore, we don't have transfer rights. The principle is that we comes to your land to take the premade from our inventory and rez it on your land.
For any rez purchased, we will give you a Rez Certificate which allows you to request a new rez for your purchase under certain conditions.
• So that we can rez, make sure to allow temporarily “object entry” to everyone on your land before we come. This manipulation is to be done in "About Land" then "options" tab.
If you are renting the land & your landowner does not allow you to change this, please send an invitation to MarineAssanti Resident to join the group that gives the rez rights.
• Check that the automatic return of objects belonging to others is disabled. This manipulation is to be done in "About Land" then "objects" tab.
• We do not provide the land, so you must have your own with enough prims available and of sufficient size for the rez.
• We don't do landscaping, if you need to decorate the exterior of a house that we have rezed, you should contact a landscaper. [We can advise you on one if you need.]
• No changes can be made to our premades, be sure to ask to see it inworld if you need to check some details first.
• You get the modification rights with the "Interior's Design" group. An invitation to join this group will be sent to you just before the rez.
Note that most decorative objects are linked together, you must therefore perform a manipulation to be able to move or delete a single object. ➔ see the explanatory video.
If these manipulation is not done you will move or delete the whole group of linked objects at once.
• The commission must be paid in full before the rez is made on your land.
• Once the rez has been completed, no refund will be made.
